Sweet Potato Balls

2 22oz Cans
Sweet potatoes
Drained
1tsp
Orange juice
Frozen - or more to taste
1 tsp
Vanilla
 
1 stick
Butter
 
1 tbsp
Brown sugar
 

Cornflake crumbs
To coat balls with
 
Marshmallows
Minis's for topping

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Heat potatoes with butter and brown sugar; add vanilla and orange juice. Mix
with mixer until well blended.
Form balls and roll in cornflake crumbs.
Add marshmallows to top of each ball and bake for 12 minutes
