Cut a narrow wedge lengthwise out of each potato. Scoop out the inside with a
spoon, being
careful not to
tear the skin.
Mash the scooped out potato, mix in the butter and hot milk and
season to taste.
Add the onion,
parsley, flaked tuna, and mix well.
Stuff the mixture into the potato shells and place in a shallow baking dish.
Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
Garnish with a sprinkle of paprika and fresh chopped chives.
