In summer or weather permitting, I do most of my cooking on the BBQ so it's just how most stuff gets done

Place the carrot on foil and start to close it up. Place the onions, dill and the butter on top, then a touch of salt and
pepper. Close up and place on the Que. They cook faster than the carrots so they can be on a cooler section of the
rack.
