Octopus Salad

1 lb
Octopus
 
1/3 cup
Olive oil
 
 
Lemon Juice
The juice from 1 lemon, freshly squeezed
1/4 cup
Parsley
Fresh chopped
2-3 cloves
Garlic
Minced
 
Hot pepper
Fresh chopped - to taste

Remove the ink sac from the octopus and then boil the octopus till tender. Cut
into bite sized pieces and season with the other ingredients.
Chill and serve
