Pickled Eggs

2 cups
White Vinegar
 
2 tbsp
Sugar
or 1 pkg sweetner
1 tsp
Pickling spice
 
1 medium
Onion
 

Simmer the above mixture for 5 minutes and cool slightly.
Pour over 12-16 peeled hard boiled eggs and let stand overnight for best flavor.

I like to do 24-26 eggs at a time as they keep well. I use a large jar with a plastic
lid and pour the mix over top and leave the eggs in the brine until I want one.
