For the stuffing |

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix the ingredients for the stuffing and set aside.
Mix all the remaining ingredients. Grease a standard loaf pan and press 3/4 of
the mixture into
it covering the
bottom, ends, and sides.
Press the stuffing into
the hollow and pack it firmly. Place the remaining meat
over the stuffing.
Bake for 50 - 60 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
Let stand for 10 minutes before removing from pan and serving.
