Lean ground beef

Ground lamb

Eggs
 
1 cup
Bread crumbs
Fresh
2 bunches
Green onions
Fresh - chopped fine
4 oz
Feta cheese
Finely crumbled
1/4 cup
Parsley
Fresh - minced
1 tbsp
Mint leaves
Dried
2 tbsp
Olive oil
 
1 tbsp
Red wine vinegar
 
2 cloves
Garlic
Minced
1/2 tsp
Salt
 
1/4 tsp
Pepper
 

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients just until well
combined but NOT over mixed.
In a 13x9 metal baking pan, shape into loaf and bake for 1hr and 15 minutes.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
