Cut meat into 1/4" strips.
In a plastic bowl with tight fitting lid, mix all ingredients together, except the
meat. Let stand for 5 minutes. Place meat in marinade, secure lid and let stand for
10 mins shaking bowl every few minutes. Drain meat in colander and place on
dehydrator trays.
Set vents to full open and dry 24-48 hrs.
