1/2 Small bottle
Hot sauce
 
1 Oz
Lemon juice
 
10 oz
Worcestershire sauce
 
6 Oz
Soy sauce
 
1 Oz
Cayenne
 
1/2 small bottle
Onion salt
 
1/2 Small bottle
Liquid smoke
 

Mix all ingredients and pour into a large pan.
Slice the meat with the grain into 3/8" strips and place in the mixture and
marinate for 24-30 hrs.
Dehydrate in a dehydrator or a 150 degree oven until pliable.
