Raw potato
Chopped fine

Bread dough
 

In a medium skillet, combine the ground beef, potato, and onion and cook on
medium high heat and stir to mix well.When the meat is done, use a slotted
spoon to transfer it to a bowl. Mix in the basil, salt, and pepper.

Preheat the oven to 375.
On a lightly floured surface, roll out the bread dough to about 3/16 - 1/4" thick.
Use a round cutter about 2 1/2" to cut the dough. Fill the circle and fold over.
Press the edges together with a fork.
Place on a greased baking sheet and bake about 15 minutes until golden brown.
